Understanding Inclusive Workplace Design Through Social Media Narratives of Disability — a qualitative study of TikTok and Reddit posts where persons with disability share their workplace experiences. Mentored by Dr. Laura Seroka and Dr. Keesha Greer-Effs through the Undergraduate Research and Creative Projects Program (URCPP).
